Plan for Success

Planning is the key to our Success

Cal Homes LLC specializes in helping both sellers and investors understand their options and making the best decision possible.

Building a relationship based on trust is the key to our success and formulating a plan so you are not stuck in "procrastination" mode.

About Cal Homes, LLC

Our mission is two-fold:

First, we help motivated sellers (either residential or multi-family apartments) out of a distressed financial situation. We listen to our customers and determine the best course of action, which include cash loans, refinancing or paying cash for their property in a timely manner.

Second, we create a solid return for real estate investors through the acquisition of multi-family apartment buildings in emerging markets.

Our methodology is to build core teams in these emerging markets, with the local expertise and resources to effectively locate properties in solid appreciating areas.

Our core teams include "best of breed" commercial brokers, property managers, attorneys, appraisers and others that know the specifics of the local market. These individuals are a key contribution to our success.

We define emerging markets as:

  • Population over 100,000
  • Strong population growth forecasted in next 5 years
  • Strong job growth
  • Strong demographic composition

Our current focus is on the Southwest region but we are looking at all emerging markets across the U.S. We recently acquired with a group of investors two properties in Texas, Stone Creek Apartments (Tyler) and Westridge Apartments (Texarkana), that closed in October, 2006.
